Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchange for purchases once fabric and trims have been cut. If you are unsure of the fabric colour, pattern, weight or style, please order a swatch before ordering the fabric. We don't offer a refund for change of mind when purchasing cushion covers, we only offer a credit note.

If the product is damaged in transit we will refund or replace the product at our expense. All returned products must be received within 7 days of delivery.

Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Credit notes are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Credit notes are only redeemable at No Chintz stores.
Credit notes cannot be replaced if they are lost.
