20% - 70% Off Sale is valid online from Saturday December 24th 2016 to 11:59pm Saturday February 4th 2017. Sale will commence in store on Saturday January 14th 2017 and end Saturday February 4 2017.
All online orders placed between Saturday December 24th 2016 and Sunday January 8th 2017 will be processed and dispatched the week commencing Monday January 9th 2017.
Offer is valid on full price and clearance items during the sale period or while stocks last. No coupon code required, prices as marked online. Online offer excludes custom makes and designs, outdoor cushions, cushion program, fabric orders, gift cards and interior consultations. Stock may vary between stores and online. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases once fabric and trims have been cut. We do not offer refunds for change of mind when purchasing cushion covers, we only offer a credit note.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. All prices include GST for Australian residents.
Fabrics are sold by 1 metre increments. At checkout all orders will be automatically calculated depending on chosen fabric lengths.
Swatches and sample lengths can be ordered.
Our fabric is classified as light, medium or heavy weight.
The light weight fabric is suitable for soft furnishings, craft or quilting. The medium to heavy weight fabrics are suitable for cushions, curtains, blinds and upholstery.
Any information provided to you in store is of a general nature, and does not take into consideration the specific end use. Please ask for fabric specifications if using this fabric for upholstery or home furnishing manufacturing.
Our fabrics vary from 70cm to 150cm wide. The width is noted in the individual fabric description. Some hand screen printed fabrics have a narrow width of approximately 70cm. Please refer to fabric descriptions for this information.
The fabric colours represented on the website may differ slightly from the actual product. Appearances may vary from one computer screen to another due to the colour settings on your computer. We recommend ordering a swatch before buying meterage to get a true indication of colour. As some of our fabrics are hand dyed and woven there may be slight colour variations between dye batches.
The nature of natural fibres such as cotton and weaving imperfection methods are such that a certain number of slight imperfections can and will occasionally occur. Such imperfections are considered a normal part of the fabric and should not be seen as flaws or defects. These normal variations cannot be returned, repaired or exchanged.
Swatches and Sample Lengths
Swatches and sample lengths can be ordered online. To order a swatch or sample length go to Shop, then Fabric, select a fabric, this will take you through to the product detail page. There will be a drop down menu on the left hand side with the option to purchase. Select order swatch or sample length and add to shopping cart. Swatches are free of charge when in store, so if collecting online purchases from one of our stores it is advisable to select swatches when in store.
All products listed on our website are held in stock unless 'marked out of stock' within individual product descriptions. Out of stock products may still be ordered, the product description will display an expected date of arrival message to notify you of delivery timeframes. If you require a larger quantity than what is available please email us and we can advise the product availability.
Fabric Care Instructions
Most fabrics will fade and eventually wear out – that’s guaranteed, and for lovers of fabric, it’s part of their charm. How you treat them, however, will determine when that time will come. All No Chintz fabrics are either cotton or linen. If you have specific use outside the one for which the fabric is intended, and want to launder it in future, please do a test: pin a piece to another item in your normal wash to see how the fabric will behave.
All our fabrics will shrink between 5 -10% depending on the temperature of the water. Reds and strong pinks will bleed if washed in hot water and strong detergents, and be aware that they cannot be left to soak, or stay wet for any length of time. The use of dryers will also shrink fabrics. Fabrics used as window furnishings should have the appropriate linings for conditions – we advise full sun protection wherever possible, for longer life. Unlined fabrics will always deteriorate quickly and must be washed with care: use mild detergent. Do not use enzymes, bleach or strong detergents. Hand wash in a tub, or in a bag if using machine washing, to protect them further.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed in one transaction in its entirety.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, exclude manufacturing and are not redeemable for cash.
Gift vouchers are only redeemable at No Chintz stores.
Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if they are lost.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
*FLAT RATE SHIPPING - We are currently offering $10 flat rate shipping to metro areas and $15 flat rate for rural areas - within Australia. Offer available for a limited time only.
We use Australia Post and Fastway for our deliveries. Orders can be sent by Fastway Flat Rate or Express Post depending on your choice at checkout. Please allow 3-4 days handling time and depending on your location 3-5 business days for Metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days for Regional areas for delivery. Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout and are subject to your location. You will be emailed a tracking number at the time of despatch.
If you require an express courier service please arrange for the service, goods can be collected from our head office. Please email us before booking a courier to confirm that goods are ready for despatch.

The maximum weight of a parcel sent via Australia post is 20kgs. If your order weighs more than 20kgs alternative shipping methods will have to be made. Please email us to arrange delivery methods.
Insurance to protect your delivery is not included in the postage. We recommend that you insure your delivery. If you do not insure your delivery, goods that are lost or stolen will be at your own risk.
For delivery outside Australia, please click here to complete our online enquiry form to discuss your requests. Insurance and custom clearance fees are not included in the postage, it is the customers responsibility to pay for these costs. We recommend that you insure your delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchange for purchases once fabric and trims have been cut. If the product is damaged in transit or we have sent the incorrect product, we will refund or replace the product at our expense. All returned products must be received within 14 days of delivery.
How to return
If you are returning a product to us please contact us via email to outline why you are returning the goods and whether you would like an exchange,refund or store credit. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure they are not damaged during return transit.
Returned goods must be sent via Australia Post with tracking number as we are not responsible for missing or lost items. Please send items to the following address: 378 Princess Highway,St Peters 2044 . All refunds, exchanges & credits will only be given upon receipt of the returned goods.
