What currency are your prices displayed in?
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. All prices include GST for Australian residents.
What Payment Methods do you accept online?
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Google Pay
- Paypal (You can also use PayPal to pay by Visa/Mastercard. You do not need a PayPal account).
- Afterpay (for orders up to $1000AUD) Shop Now, Pay Later. Make 4 equal payments over 8 weeks.

What lengths do you sell your fabrics in?
Fabrics are sold in 50cm or 10cm increments with a minimum length of 1 metre or 1.5 metres for selected designer fabrics. On the product and cart pages, the total amount will automatically be calculated based on your chosen fabric lengths. Fabric swatches can be ordered (see below). Fabric is cut to the length ordered (unless otherwise requested) and not in 50cm or 10cm pieces.
What is the weight of your fabrics?
Our fabric is classified as light, medium or heavy weight.
The light weight fabric is suitable for soft furnishings, craft or quilting. The medium to heavy weight fabrics are suitable for cushions, curtains, blinds and upholstery.
Any information provided to you in store is of a general nature, and does not take into consideration the specific end use. Please ask for fabric specifications if using this fabric for upholstery or home furnishing manufacturing.
What are the widths of your fabrics?
Our fabrics vary from 70cm to 280cm wide. The width is noted in the individual fabric description. Some hand screen printed fabrics have a narrow width of approximately 70cm. Please refer to fabric descriptions for this information.
What are your fabrics suitable for?
Our home furnishing fabrics are suitable for a wide range of uses including curtains, blinds, upholstery, cushions, bedding, lampshades and soft furnishings. You can search for fabrics by category or filter fabrics by end use on our website to help find the right option for your project.
What if my fabric has an imperfection?
The nature of natural fibres such as cotton and hand weaving methods mean that a certain number of slight imperfections can and will occasionally occur. Such imperfections are considered a normal part of the fabric and should not be seen as flaws or defects. These normal variations cannot be returned, repaired or exchanged.
Are the fabrics and products showcased on your website true to colour?
The fabric colours represented on the website may differ slightly from the actual product. Appearances may vary from one computer screen to another due to the colour settings on your computer. We recommend ordering a swatch before buying meterage to get a true indication of colour. There may be slight colour variations between batches as some of our fabrics are hand dyed and woven.

Do you offer Fabric Swatches?
Yes, we offer fabric swatches on most of our fabrics so you can see the colour, texture and quality before ordering by the metre.
Fabric swatches can be ordered online and shipped free of charge. To order a fabric swatch select the fabric you like and on the product detail page click the 'Order Sample Only' button to add it to your cart. Ensure you select 'Swatches Only - Free Delivery For All Swatches' under the shipping methods at checkout to receive free shipping (not applicable if you are ordering other products or fabric).
Swatches are free of charge when in store, so if collecting online purchases from one of our stores we advise selecting your swatches while you are in store. Swatches are 9cm x 12cm in size.

Are all the products displayed on your website available and in stock?
Most products listed on our website are held in stock unless they are marked as ‘out of stock’ on the individual product page.
Some products, including selected designer fabrics, are ordered in. Where this applies, the product description will display an expected arrival date to help you understand delivery timeframes.
If you require a larger quantity than what is currently available online, please contact us and we can advise on product availability and lead times.
Can I see your products in person?
Yes. You can visit one of our Sydney stores located in Mosman, Willoughby or Woollahra to view our fabric collections, cushions, trims, rugs and custom work in person. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer trade or wholesale?
Yes, we offer trade accounts for interior designers, decorators and industry professionals. Please see our Trade page here for more information about applying for a trade account.
Do you offer custom made curtains and blinds?
Yes, we custom make curtains, blinds and a wide range of soft furnishings including cushions, bedheads, ottomans and upholstery. All custom work is produced by our experienced team in our Sydney workroom.
How long does custom made curtains, blinds and soft furnishings take?
Lead times vary depending on the product and fabric selection. As each piece is made to order, we recommend contacting us for an estimated timeframe before placing your order.
Can I return fabrics or custom made items?
Fabric and trim cut by the metre and custom made items are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature. Click here for our returns policy.
Do you offer Interior Decorating Services?
Yes, we offer professional interior decorating services for residential projects. Our decorators work closely with you to create spaces that are both functional and beautifully considered. Can I buy gift vouchers online?
Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased online and used towards our online range of fabrics and ready made soft furnishings. Online vouchers cannot be redeemed in store but you can purchase an in store gift voucher. Gift vouchers come with a 3 year expiration period and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for money.
